Quotes, delivery and payment
How fast is delivery?
Orders confirmed before 2pm are delivered the same day within Nairobi. Upcountry orders usually arrive in 24 to 72 hours, depending on the route.
Can I get a KRA invoice?
Yes. Every sale includes an ETR receipt. For company invoices, send us your KRA PIN and business name and we'll issue them.
Do you offer credit?
Registered contractors and companies can apply for up to 45 days' credit. Approval takes one to two working days.
How do I pay?
Pay with M-PESA (Paybill, Till or STK push), bank transfer, cheque or cash. Cards are accepted at the counter.
Do you cut and bend steel?
Yes. Send your bar bending schedule and we'll cut and bend to size, ready for collection or delivery.
